jNetPcapTM is an OpenSource project supported by community members. You will find your questions and problems addresses very quickly by both community members and Sly Technologies, Inc.® support staff who regularly contribute to discussions in support forum.
Urgent support requests - we understand that sometimes you get yourself in a pickle and you need immediate help. Support forum may not be adequate or timely enough. You can request "urgent" support request using the standard contact form and selecting message category "Urgent Support Request". There are absolutely no guarantees with this method of support request. It is handled on availability of support personnel. All we can promise is that such requests will be reviewed and determination will be made if the request needs to be addresses ahead of any other non urgent requests. Please provide as much information about the urgency of your request as well as any contact information you deem adequate. The information provided remains private to Sly Technologies personnel and will not be shared or published on public websites.
Commercial Dedicated Support for jNetPcap Open Source

For companies that require guaranteed level of service, we recommend using our commercial software and hardware products. All products purchased from Sly Technologies come with standard 13 month warranty and support. This includes developer and production deployment help.
Recommendations. Sly Technologies is pleased to offer jNetPcap Professional as an alternative to jNetPcap Open Source. jNetPcap Pro is a fine-tuned "PCAP" java wrapper providing full PCAP API and WinPcap API support.
For additional functionality, we also recommend jNetWORKS SDK, advanced protocol analysis and handling library. jNetWORKS provides protocol header support, analysis and full IP/TCP/SCTP reassembly.
